There is a mystery grab bag for Ink Dust (pigments) and a mystery grab bag for Inks. I only have so many for each.

For the pigments you will get 5 bags of pigments (some weigh anywhere from 6 grams to 18 grams).

For the inks, you will get 5 random ink colors. It can be colors left over from a set that is no longer available or inks I never released.
